Welcome to Law & Bar! We’re glad that you’re interested in becoming an instructor on our platform. These Instructor Terms (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Law & Bar and explain the obligations and rights of both parties. Please take a few minutes to read these Terms carefully before you sign up to become an instructor.
- Introduction

When you sign up to become an instructor on the Law & Bar, you agree to abide by these Instructor Terms. These Terms cover details about the aspects of the Law & Bar platform relevant to instructors and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use, the general terms that govern your use of our Services. As an instructor, you are contracting directly with Law & Bar.
- Instructor Obligations

- As an instructor, you are responsible for all content that you post, including lectures, quizzes, practice tests, resources, answers, course landing page content, labs, assessments, and announcements (“Submitted Content”). By posting Submitted Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You will provide and maintain accurate account information. • Your course should be split into lessons, chapters, or parts with full information about each of them. • You own or have the necessary rights to authorize Law & Bar to use your Submitted Content. • Your Submitted Content will not infringe or misappropriate any third party’s intellectual property rights.
- You have the required qualifications, credentials, and expertise (including education, training, knowledge, and skill sets) to teach and offer the services that you offer through your Submitted Content and use of the Services. • You will ensure a quality of service that corresponds with the standards of your industry and instruction services in general.

As an instructor, you warrant that you will not:
- Post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise) through the Services or to any user.
- Use the Services for business other than providing tutoring, teaching, and instructional services to students.
- Impersonate another person or gain unauthorized access to another person’s account.
- Abuse Law & Bar resources, including support services.
- License to Law & Bar
- By posting Submitted Content, you grant Law & Bar the rights to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your Submitted Content in connection with the provision of the Services, and to offer, market, and sublicense your Submitted Content to third parties, including to students directly and through third parties such as resellers, distributors, affiliate sites, deal sites, and paid advertising on third-party platforms. We may record and use any part of your Submitted Content for quality control and for delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, or operating the Services.
- In addition, your first lesson, chapter, or part of your course must be free for the user in order to introduce you and your way of teaching.
- You also grant Law & Bar permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and image in connection with offering, delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, and selling the Services, your course.
- Trust & Safety Policies
As an instructor on Law & Bar, it is important that you understand and comply with our Trust & Safety Policies to ensure the best experience for our users. Please review the policies periodically to stay up-to-date with any updates or changes.
- Compliance with Policies: You agree to comply with the content quality standards and policies set by Law & Bar, which may be updated from time to time. Failure to comply with these policies or legal terms, including our Terms of Use, may result in the removal of content, suspension of payouts, or ban of instructors without prior notice.
- Law & Bar Approval: Your use of the Services is subject to Law & Bar approval, which we may grant or deny at our sole discretion.
- Reasons for Removal: We reserve the right to remove content, suspend payouts, and/or ban instructors for various reasons, including but not limited to: not complying with policies or legal terms, falling below our quality standards, reflecting unfavorably on Law & Bar, engaging in unfair competition, or as determined by Law & Bar in its sole discretion.
- Use of Student Data: Instructors do not have a direct contractual relationship with students, and therefore should not use the data received for any purpose other than providing services on the Law & Bar platform. Instructors should not solicit additional personal data or store students’ personal data outside the platform, and should indemnify Law & Bar against any claims arising from the use of students’ personal data.
- Anti-Piracy Efforts
To protect your content from unauthorized use, Law & Bar partners with anti-piracy vendors. By using the Services, you hereby appoint Law & Bar and our anti-piracy vendors as your agents for enforcing copyrights for your content. This includes notice and takedown processes under applicable copyright laws and other efforts to enforce those rights. Law & Bar and our anti-piracy vendors have primary authority to file notices on your behalf, unless you revoke these rights by emailing contact@Law&Bar.com with the subject line: “Revoke Anti-Piracy Protection Rights”.
- Price & Marketing
- When creating a course for purchase on Law & Bar, instructors are prompted to select a base price or may choose to offer the content for free.
- Law & Bar may collect and remit Transaction Taxes for sales in countries that require it, and may increase the course price at our discretion to cover these taxes.
- Law & Bar offers Promotional Programs to help increase revenue potential for instructors. This includes finding the optimal price point and offering courses through subscription collections.
- Law & Bar may also make offers or discounts on courses for a specific period to increase revenue. Instructors have the right to share and promote their courses.
- Minimum Sales Price After Discount is USD / 20$ , Unless it’s free
- Payments
Revenue Share
- When a student purchases your Submitted Content, we calculate the Gross Amount as the amount actually received by Law & Bar from the student. From this, we subtract any Transaction Taxes, any mobile platform fees applied to mobile provider checkout sales or PayPal fees and any amounts paid to third parties in connection with the Promotional Programs to calculate the Net Amount of the sale.
- You will receive a percentage of this Net Amount as your revenue share.
- The percentage that the coach is entitled to on the purchase is 50% of the net amount
Receiving Payments
- To receive your payment, you need to make a request after the 7-day refund policy has passed.
- The payment will be sent from the 1st to the 7th of each month.
- In order to receive timely payments, you must own a PayPal or bank account in good standing and keep us informed of the correct email associated with your account.
- You must also provide any identifying information or tax documentation necessary for payment of amounts due (if any ).
- You are ultimately responsible for any taxes on your income.
Refunds
You acknowledge and agree that students have the right to receive a refund, as detailed in the Terms of Use. If a refund is granted to a student for a transaction in which you received revenue, you will not receive any payment for that transaction.
- Termination
- You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account,
- If you choose to delete your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to make any remaining scheduled payments owed to you before deleting your account. It’s important to note that if students have previously enrolled in your Submitted Content, your name and that Submitted Content may remain accessible to those students after your account is deleted.
